"I commissioned Rob to draw a picture of my late dog Dax in September 2014. This was after I had seen his work from previous drawings and he had showed me how he produced drawings and how it evolved. I was impressed from the start. I wanted a drawing to reflect one of the last happy moments I had with her.   

 

Over a period of several weeks Rob progressed with the drawing and often engaged me during the course to ensure that I was happy and address any changes that I felt were necessary. He also added value by suggesting things I did not think of because of his good level of experience. He ensured that my feelings where taken into account because of how close I was with her and the end result was that he produced an exceptional piece of work.  

 

Rob was always approachable and understanding, and now I will have an ever lasting memory and likeness of her. I thank you very much, you have done me proud."
